If you've accidentally connected a client in MaidCentral to the wrong customer in QuickBooks Online, don't worry, it can easily be fixed.
Deactivate the Customer:
First, you will need to make the incorrect customer inactive in QuickBooks
Inside of QBO you can Search for the customer at the top of QBO using the search function-
Or:
Click Customers and Leads
Click their name to open their Customer Profile
Click the arrow next to Edit
Click Make inactive
Once the Customer is Inactive:
Back in MaidCentral, refresh the client's account and connect the customer to the correct QuickBooks customer, or click New Customer within QuickBooks.
Lastly, you will want to reactivate the inactive customer in QuickBooks.
