In this How-To video below we demonstrate where to ensure your scorecards are turned on inside of MaidCentral and then how to requeue (resend) a scorecard email. To Requeue a Scorecard to a customer who received a scorecard but did not provide feedback after receiving the first email or accidentally deleted the email, check out the video below.
PLEASE NOTE -- If the customer was not set up to receive the scorecard email before their job was completed and the team checked out, you cannot resend/requeue another scorecard email to them, since one was not generated for that job.
