Build Highlights - December 21st, 2023

EPICS

  • Epic: Export Data by Date Range button includes Distance from Home (Job Clocks), Start and End GPS Errors
    • From within the Employee Tab > Timeclocks, Timeclocks will now be Exportable by Date range and specific clock.
  • Epic: Tech Dashboard > Improved GPS Tracking and Error Handling
    • Tech Dashboard: Show User error message if they have GPS Location issues, save error for Office Users to view 
    • On the Employee Timeclocks page, Jobs tab, two new icons will be displayed:
      • If there was an error when getting the location (red ban),
      • If the Check-In / Out location was more than 600 ft from the Customer's Home a red flag will now appear 

Features & Updates

  • Report: Core KPIs button to refresh the page
    • On the New CoreKPI report, you will see a "refresh" button when changing the stats.
  • Report: Schedule Availability > Time Off Requests - Time Off requests show the Hours
  • Report: Team Mileage - Column for Actual Non-Production Time (NPT)
  • Quoting & Scopes - Tabs will grey out while the page is loading

Phone App Enhancements

 

  • Job Worksheet: Allow Check In/Out of Other Technicians
    • Technicians can now clock their teammates in and out
  • Dashboard: Display Allowed Hours in job cards
    • The technician dashboard will now display the total allowed hours on the job information panel
  • Dashboard: Unable to check out for Breaks 
    • IPhone users should now be able to take breaks properly.
  • Menu: Resource link does not open if the link is to a Google Drive
    • Resources that are Google Drives should once again open properly
  • Job Worksheet: The time to Complete tooltip does not appear
    • The "Time to complete" modal was not appearing on all mobile phones, this should once again work
  • Job Worksheet: Add fields for Square Feet, People, Pets and Dirt Code
    • Technicians will now see the appropriate SQ Ft, People pets, and dirt code on the job worksheet
  • Job Worksheet: The date for yesterday appears on the job
    • All job dates should once again be correct on the mobile app
  • Job Worksheet: Allow TimeSheet Change Requests of Other Technicians
    • Technicians can now request time sheet changes for other employees through the app
  • Job Worksheet: Request Job Clock Change - Not available after clock out - button is hidden from UI
    • After clock out, employees can once again request a clock change
  • Job Worksheet: Make Address clickable to open in Maps
    • Technicians can now select the address inside the job worksheet and be redirected to their default maps
  • Job Worksheet: Cannot upload images on all Mobile Devices
    • An issue with the app not asking for camera permissions has been resolved
  • Job Worksheet: Service Set Special Instructions not visible
    • All home information and special instructions should now be visible inside the Job Worksheets
  • Job Worksheet: Tags not shown visible
    • All tags are now visible on job worksheet

 

 

Epics

    • The Kiosk Login has been updated with Location items to match
    • On the Employee Timeclocks page, Jobs tab, two new icons will be displayed:

Features

  • Quoting & Scopes - Gray out the tabs while the page is loading
    • Tabs will no longer allow you to re-navigate until the page is fully loaded. This should stop the system from showing you the "general" tab when selecting the Rate modification tab etc.
  • Report: Core KPIs button to refresh the page

  • Report: Schedule Availability > Time Off Requests - Display hours
    • Time Off requests now show the requested hours

Enhancements
  • Cannot select branch on Ticket Kanban
    • All widgets should now work when selecting specific branches
  • Clock in - Google API Location Pin
    • There were some bugs with how the Google API was placing pins these issues should be resolved
  • Creating a new employee does not push the welcome email 
    • The automation that sends employees the welcome email was not working, this has been found and resolved and should once again work when creating an employee
  • Customer Portal: % based rate modifiers 
    • Fixed Portal Calculation method to use the Base Rate and not the Bill Rate (which previously included all Rate Mods).
  • Dashboards: Revenue vs Payroll view is off for Payroll data
  • Dirt, pet, and people fields are not visible on the Job Worksheet
    • These fields will now be visible to the technician on their job worksheet
  • Quoting Tool: rounding issues
    • Questions that were set to "Decimal" were rounding to a full number, this should no longer happen
  • Job Clocks not always displaying Lat/Lng
    • There were several issues around the Lat/Lng displaying on job clocks, these issues should be resolved with multiple other updates to this patch to Employee GPS.
  • Job Worksheet: Sq Feet not visible
    • Sq Feet of the home is once again visible on the job worksheets
  • Lead Form Post: Include GUID for the redirect URL if Detail was created
  • The menu item for Satellite Offices had an incorrect URL
    • The menu item for Satellite offices was redirecting incorrectly, this is now fixed.
  • Open Tickets Widget - Set reminder on Contact ticket, does not close the ticket
    • Setting a reminder on the "Open Tickets" widget will now properly close the ticket
  • PTO - No Reset on Employee Anniversary
    • PTO Policy Carryover when set to 0 was carrying over all hours the employee had left, this is no longer the case. If you have this setting we will reach out to you
  • Quoting: Square Foot Text input defaults to the top of the range
    • When quoting in ranges the SQ Foot question was defaulting to the top of the range, this is no longer the case
  • Report: Core KPIs - Add Full Time Equivalent to Tech # tooltip
  • Report: Sales KPI - Count gain even if the Customer is a gain and a loss on the same day
    • We have updated the logic of the system to capture both the booking and cancellation of clients who do so on the same day.
  • Report: Stats by Week - Revenue vs Payroll view is off for Payroll data
  • Scorecard Feedback: Require 1 star
    • Scorecards will now Require a minimum of 1 star
  • Tip not applied to employee
    • Updated Tip calculation logic during invoicing to make sure prorated tips were calculated properly if there was 0 time in the home tips were not applied.
  • Update Employee Stats Tooltip for Proration
    • The tooltip on the employee stats "revenue" stated it was all bill rate of all jobs worked, this is not true and it is a prorated version based on how many techs and how long the technicians were there
