Build Highlights - September 15th, 2022

Build Highlights -
Last night our team introduced the following new features and feature enhancements.  The build went live on the evening of Thursday, September 15th, 2022.

This update included updates to the Availability Calendar, Master Schedule, Stats by Week, and Team Mileage Report.

Availability Calendar Sync

MaidCentral will use real-time employee availability to cap sales to the number of available hours on any given day.

Why it Matters:

Helping you keep your scheduling availability synced throughout the platform so you always know what you have available to sell in real-time.

What makes MaidCentral’s availability calendar unique versus other sales tools is that it uses the number of hours your employees are available as a baseline for what you can sell. Then it applies factors such as efficiency, or a role such as trainee (link to trainee article if possible).

It takes all of that information and as you sell more jobs the availability is adjusted based on that real-time employee scheduled time. And it also adjusts for employees taking days off.

Your sales and operations will always be in sync with MaidCentral, and even if you are using MaidCentral’s online booking tool, you never have to worry about selling too many cleanings on the wrong days.

And even better, you don’t have to do anything to keep it in sync. It is automatically updated.

Master Schedule Additions (Reports > Master Schedule)

We've added Saturday and Sunday to the master schedule.

Why It Matters:

To provide more scheduling flexibility for those of us who have recurring weekend work.

Stats By Week Additions (Company > Stats By Week)

We’ve added several columns to the stats by-week report including lead count, quote count, recurring sales count, and one time sales count.

Why It Matters
It shows the additional sales information for the week to keep an eye on sales trends for the last 6 months.

Team Mileage Actuals (Reports > Team Mileage)

We’ve added columns showing the Actual drive times in addition to the planned drive times.

Why It Matters

Allows schedulers to compare the planned time and efficiency to the actual time and efficiency for each team.

That way you can better keep an eye on what happened versus what you planned.

Improving your scheduling efficiency makes a huge difference in terms of your employees' potential revenue per day and your overall company profitability. This is just one more tool that you can deploy with MaidCentral to continuously monitor and improve this metric.
