Downloading the Technician Mobile App
To download the MaidCentral Technician Mobile App, go to your device’s App Store and search for “MaidCentral—Technician”. Alternatively, you can follow the links directly to the app below

Logging into the Technician Mobile App
Open the MaidCentral - Technician App
Enter your email and password, then select “Sign In”. Optionally, you can also select “Remember me” to stay automatically signed in for 30 days.
If 2-Factor Authentication is enabled for your account, enter the 2-Factor Authentication code, and select “Sign In”.
How to Clock in and out for the Day on the Technician Mobile App
Clocking in:
When you first open the app for the day, at the top of the page you will see “You aren’t clocked in right now.”
Select “Clock In”.
Optionally, select who on your team you would like to clock in.
Select “Clock In” again.
Clocking out:
When you open the app while currently clocked in, you will see “Ready to Clock Out?”.
Select “Clock Out”.
Optionally, select who on your team you would like to clock out.
Select “Clock Out” again.
How to Check in and out of Jobs on the Technician Mobile App
You can check in and out of jobs on the technician app, both from the main screen of the app and from the job itself
Checking in:
Ensure you are clocked in for the day.
Select “Check In”.
Optionally, select who on your team you would like to check in.
Select “Check In” again.
Checking out:
Ensure you are clocked in for the day
Select “Check Out”.
Optionally, select who on your team you would like to check out.
Select “Check Out” again.
How to Send On the Way Notifications on the Technician Mobile App
When you first open the app or clock in, if your upcoming job requires an on-the-way notification, you will automatically be prompted to send that notification. You can either send the notification immediately, or dismiss the popup and send it at a later time
To send the notification from the popup, you can either select “Use Estimated Time” to have the system automatically calculate how long it will take from your current location to arrive, or use “Select a time” to enter a customized arrival time
If you dismiss the popup, you can later bring the popup back up by navigating to the job and selecting “Send ‘On The Way’ Notification”
Where to Review Home and Job Information on the Technician Mobile App
To view any home and job information, find the home/job on your main screen, and select “View”
On this page, as you scroll down, you can see any information related to the home and job information
At the top of the page, it will have some of the home and job information ready to view at a glance. As you scroll down, there is team information, service set information, add-ons, instructions, responses, latest scorecard, job images, job notes, all rooms, and rooms on request
How to send an Image or Note from within a Job on the Technician Mobile App
You can add photos and notes directly through the Technician App!
On your main screen, find the job you would like to add photos or notes to.
Select “View” on the job you would like to add a photo or note to.
Scroll down and find the “Job Images” or “Job Notes” field.
Select either “Upload Images” or “Add a job note”.
Add your images or notes, and then select “Submit”.
