What’s in this report?
When you land on the report, your first greeting is with the four statuses of an active lead: Needs Contacted, Contacted, Quoted, and Follow-up. You can also choose to have leads be displayed By Status or By Sales Rep. You can also click “My Leads” to see leads assigned to you. Hit the “View” button to open the lead.

Automatically
Enabling Lead Auto-Assignment will automatically assign unassigned leads to the person who creates or interacts with them.
Go to Company > Settings > General > Features to find this feature and toggle it ON. To help you find this feature easily, type “leads” into the search bar.

Tickets and Communications
Tickets and Notes
The Sales Pipeline Dashboard provides an area where lead tickets can also be managed. If a ticket is open for a lead, it will appear yellow, and you can click the pencil icon to address the ticket.

There are three icons at the bottom of the lead that make documenting and sending communications simple. You can click the icons to log a call as a note, send an email, and send a text.

Templates
When a lead is assigned to someone, this opens the door for personalized templates that can have their name shown. You can go to the Company tab > Settings > Templates and open any template that has the word “Lead” in the Group Type. You can click Show Advance Filter to filter by Template Group and check the box for Leads.

Once you open a template, on the right side, under the Template tab, there will be designated tags for Assigned Employee data to autopulate in the template when it’s sent out. You can copy the tag and insert it into the body of the template wherever you want the desired information to show.

Please Note: These tags are not available for templates that are automatically sent out prior to the lead getting an assigned salesperson. If these tags are not visible on the template as shown above, then they cannot be used on the template. Examples of these templates include the External Quote Email - No Service Area and the External Quote Email templates.
