Troubleshooting - If you've been creating individual invoices after each cleaning for a customer, and not charging their card at the time the invoice is created via QBO, but now want to charge their card once for all charges, you'll need to do the following outside of Maid Central.
If you want to charge all open invoices on one charge, you can't do that through Maid Central. You could charge it directly through your payment provider, and record the payment manually in QBO.
