Within MaidCentral, we offer a centralized place to access all the ideas our community has proposed to be added to our software. We regularly review these ideas, which are the basis for many of our considerations during our design and development process. We use an external product, Pendo, to manage this portal and ensure that only active users of MaidCentral have access to it.
Each user has a profile that is created automatically when they are created as a user in MaidCentral, and their Ideas Portal account is directly linked to your MaidCentral account. Once you have opened the portal through your user account in MaidCentral, you can access any ideas in that portal by browsing all ideas or by using a link shared to an idea from another MaidCentral user.
