# How To Cancel a Job

## **Scheduling -** When an internal team member makes a mistake while scheduling jobs for a customer, this how to will show you how to fix that by cancelling a job.

Maid Central uses the word cancel to mean two different things. One is demonstrated in the video, how to cancel a job. For example, if you accidentally schedule a duplicate job for a customer on the same day, you would use the Cancel a Job feature. This is designed to document an internal error made by an office team member.
