Accidents happen to the best of us, and during a professional house cleaning broken items or damages are bound to happen.
To document this information inside of MaidCentral, follow these steps.
- Double Click on the Job that the breakage/damage occurred at.
- Click the Contact Ticket option in the lower left hand corner of the Edit Job ID window.
- Select Breakage.
- Enter Notes.
- If applicable. Enter a Remind me on Date if there are follow up actions that need to be completed by yourself or another of your team to rectify the breakage/damage that occurred during that job. This will open a ticket on your dashboard for the date you set.
- Click Save.
- The documentation for this Breakage/Damage will stay on the Contact Tickets tab at the Home Level of the Customer Account and on the Contact Tickets tab at the Employee Level of the employee(s) that were cleaning during that jobs breakage/damage.
