Features -
Under Company > General > Features there is a section of features that determine what your technicians can or cannot see when logged in as an employee/technician. Why can I see pricing and emails and other features I have disabled when I click View as Employee?
This happens because you are a Group Administrator or have another user account role associated with the office. When the technician is logged in using their email and password, they cannot see any of the features that you as a company have disabled.
