To manage the Trainee Position Factor you will need to go to the technician settings of the specific scope of work
Found in the Company Tab > Quoting and Scopes > Scopes of work tab> Inside the scope of work > General Settings > Technician settings
MaidCentral gives you the option to 1/4 , 1/3, 1/2, or remove the trainee time on jobs
The Trainee Position Factor is unique to each Scope of Work and will affect the "time to complete for all jobs in that scope of work when a trainee is assigned to the job"
Changing and managing your trainee position factor will determine how a job's workload is calculated into the split of the Allowed Hours

- The Trainee Position Factor does not affect the pay
- All Trainees will be paid the Trainee Hourly Wage that is set at Company > General > Payroll Options
- The Trainee Position Factor does not work if a trainee is assigned to a team by themselves
