Authorize.net payment declined by shows as paid in MC and QBO

 

Issue

When creating invoices from MaidCentral there may be a time where a payment shows as paid in MaidCentral and QBO but in Authorize.net it comes back as Declined

 

Resolution

This payment was set as "Held for Review" which is considered a successful payment by Authorize.Net. After review the payment was declined. 

It was held for review because of the Transaction IP Velocity Filter. Make sure to verify you have the following setting turned off or increase the number of payments per hour to a large number because MaidCentral processes many payments at once from the same IP Address.
