Troubleshooting Twilio Error Code(s)
When integrating your new MaidCentral account to Twilio, make sure the following things are set up correctly, to ensure your two-way text messaging functionality works properly.
- Make sure your account is not in Trial Mode. Your Twilio account must have a credit card on file and must also be set up to have a balance available for Twilio to charge your card for texting.
- Make sure the Plus Sign + and Number 1 are set up correctly on your Company > General > Integrations > Twilio Settings section.
