Reassign Jobs - How To

Here is how to reassign a team person, when they leave:

All the jobs assigned would stay on Team 5 (or however you have that team labeled). Then, once you hire someone to replace the person assigned to that team, you would add them to Team 5, and change the name of the team if you have them labeled as the employee's name.

Example:  Team 2 is labeled as Nancy Q.
Nancy quits
Jessica is hired and will take on all of Nancy's jobs
Remove Nancy from Team 2
Add Jessica A. to Team 2
Change Team 2's name from Nancy Q to Jessica A.

If you want to move jobs to a current employee, you'll need change the default team that is assigned to that job. But, there is currently not a way to move ALL jobs from one current team to another current team. I have added this as a feature request.
