If you've accidentally connected a client in MaidCentral to the wrong customer in QuickBooks Online, don't worry, it can easily be fixed.
Deactivate the Customer:
- First, you will need to make the incorrect customer inactive in QuickBooks

- Inside of QBO you can Search for the customer at the top of QBO using the search function-
- Inside of QBO you can Search for the customer at the top of QBO using the search function-

- Or:
- Click Customers and Leads
- Click their name to open their Customer Profile
- Click the arrow next to Edit
- Click Make inactive
Once the Customer is Inactive:
- Back in MaidCentral, refresh the client's account and connect the customer to the correct QuickBooks customer, or click New Customer within QuickBooks.
- Lastly, you will want to reactivate the inactive customer in QuickBooks.
