Your customers in MaidCentral can have a reminder notification set up for when the team is On the Way. This video captures what the technician will see if the client for their next house wants that notification.
PLEASE NOTE: The Technician does not have to be clocked in to send the "On the Way" reminder. This is significant to realize, especially for the first job of the day. As a technician, I login to MaidCentral. MaidCentral allows a 1 hour buffer before their First Job's Scheduled Start Time to show the On the Way Modal. If they log in at 7am and their First Job is scheduled at 830am, they will NOT see the On the Way Modal. If they log in at 730am, they WILL see the On the Way Modal.
