MaidCentral allows you to customize each customer's notifications so each can receive exactly the notifications they want!
Often customers decide they no longer would like to receive Scorecard emails, On the Way messages, invoice notifications, etc. MaidCentral allows you to remove any notification from a customer's account and the option for them to remove them through their customer portal!
As office staff, you can easily remove notifications by searching for the customer, and opening their customer profile
Once inside the customer profile, you can click the Red Trash Can Icon to delete any notification
Customers can remove and adjust notifications themselves through their Customer Portal!
Once logged into the Customer Portal, On the right side there is a "Notification Preferences" tab
Customers can add a notification by clicking the "New Notification" button at the top right and answer which type, which email/phone, and which notification they would like!
Customers Can delete notifications by clicking on any notification in the tab seen above, and the portal will redirect to a page where they can delete the notification they want!
