Turning on Automatically Apply Credit Memos Feature in QuickBooks Online (Video)

QBO - 
MaidCentral was designed to work with payments not credit memos. For credit memos to work correctly with the MC create invoices systems from QBO the automatically apply credit memos feature must be turned on. Here's how to automatically apply credit memos.

Please Note -- When you go to hit the Create Invoice button from the I&J report, if a customer has a positive credit balance, it deduct what they owe you from the credit before their card is charged.
