Follow along as we discuss the MaidCentral Master Schedule in a open forum video conference.
The Master Schedule was built to help you easily see where you can schedule recurring service sets over the entire 4 week rotation for all teams. Help yourself quickly see and correct any recurring service sets that do not have a default team or time set.
Resolve all conflicts in order to schedule and sell efficiently for the future. A conflict represents when a team’s job is scheduled to start and does not end before their next job of the day starts. IE. Jones house starts at 9AM for 2 labor hours. Smith home starts at 10:45AM causing the end and start times to overlap, making it a conflict. Conflicts can be resolved by moving a default team, default time, or the jobs allowed labor hours.
PLEASE NOTE -- The Master Schedule uses the Service Set Type Planned Team Size and the Service Set Default Teams to calculate team size. It also uses the Service Set default start time. The actual job times, scheduled teams, etc. don't effect the Master Schedule.
