Troubleshooting -- Why does my Master Schedule go Dark and Require me to Refresh the Page?

When using the Master Schedule, you want to make sure you are always using a single left click. If you use a double click on this page, it will more than likely cause the page to freeze, and gray out (go black). When this happens you're required to refresh the page.
