Troubleshooting -- How do I fix a Technicians Missed Daily Timeclock Punch? (Video)

Every once in a while, you might find that a technician forgot to clock out at the end of the day. It's very important that they have punches for their entire day when working jobs in the field.

This includes clocking in for the day checking in and out of jobs, and clocking out for the day. If one or more of these steps are missed, their payroll summary will not calculate correctly. In this video we demonstrate where to go and check their Employee Clock Monitor, and also how to edit an employees Daily TimeClock by adding the correct clock out time for the day.
