If a technician asks for an office team member to make adjustments internally to their clock start or end time for the day OR their job start or end time you must ensure that their clock in time for the day is at a time equal to or before than their job start time. The same for the end of the day. A technician cannot be clocked out for the day earlier than they check out of their last job for the day.
When this doesn't happen, it causes the Payroll Summary to provide incorrect information. Normally you'll see the same job listed twice, adding to their pay for the job twice to their summary.
