How To Edit, Delete, or Add to Your Customer Contact Information; Including Reminder Notifications

From inside of MaidCentral when at the customer level of the account.  Click the Contacts tab.  You can update, change, or delete contact information for the customer here.

PLEASE NOTE -- If the email or phone number you are wanting to delete is attached to a reminder notification, you must remove the reminder notification first, and then you'll have the ability to delete the contact information.

Also from the Customer Level of the Account on the Contacts tab you can add or delete reminder notifications.  In the second screenshot below you can see all of the different reminder notifications that your customer's have access in MC to select.
