When you'd like to try to get a customer's response from a previous job by resent the Scorecard email, you go to Reports Scorecard Results. Un-check the box that says "Only Show Responses" set the date range and click update.
You will now see Scorecards that can be requeued. Once you select and confirm that you want to requeue the scorecard to send another email to the customer, you'll see a green box pop up in the lower right hand corner. "Will be sent in next interval. Scorecard requeued"
This message pops up since Scorecards go out every 15 minutes, so what that is telling you is that it has been requeued and will be sent during the next interval.
