Because MaidCentral processes all invoices at once, by default, Authorize.Net is set to flag these transaction because they are happening so quickly. To correct this, adjust your Authorize.Net fraud settings or review and approve the transactions within Authorize.Net if they are flagged.

  1. Login to Auth.Net

  2. Advanced Fraud Detection Suiteā„¢ (AFDS)

  3. Any rows that have a number in the Triggered* column need to be reviewed.

  4. Turn off Daily Velocity Filter and Hourly Velocity filter or set them to a high number (200+)
