A zip code cannot be assigned to more than one Home Zone from the Home Zone page. An error will appear letting you know it’s already included with another zone: EX. “Zip is already being used in: North”.
Under Company General Features there is a feature that can be enabled: Manually Update Auto Assigned Home Zone
-- Manually change the assigned home zone based on the home zip code
This feature enabled will allow for the zone to be manually changed from the customer's home level of their account. Edit Home information, and manually change the zone to be reflected in another zone vs. the one that the zip code is assigned to in your Home Zones.
