Troubleshooting -- How does it work when I have techs who get paid Team Fee Split while cleaning but hourly rates while at the office working or for a meeting?

If you want to pay a technician for hourly work on a day they work on commission jobs, you'll need to create a dummy job and add the pay record to that, or add the gross pay to additional pay.

It will not pay them for non-cleaning time unless you add Travel Pay rates to the employee profile. PLEASE NOTE Adding Travel Pay rates to the Service Set Type Pay Structure this will include drive time, etc.
