What happens when I close a lead?

There are several reasons you may want to close a lead. Perhaps the customer has asked to be removed from your contact list, or maybe you have reached out a number of times with no response.

When you close a lead, it doesn't disappear from MaidCentral. Closed leads are still available through the Customer Search Quote function. You simply need to make sure that the "Closed" box is checked when you run the quote search report.

Closed leads can still be pulled into campaigns for marketing.
