How To Resend a Booked Customer Their Confirmation Email/Agreement Terms

How Tos - 
If a new customer has been booked via the Quoting Tool (Office or Online) the Customer's Agreement Terms Email can be resent from a couple different spots.

  • Go to Customers > Search Leads/Quotes

  • Click  on the Booked customers option then click on the Search button

  • Find the customer you booked and click on their name
  • Within the Lead you will see the converted quote. Choose the Dropdown Arrow to the right and choose Send Confirmation

  • When the email appears on the page, Click Send

  • Go to Customers Level of their Account > Click the Agreements Tab

  • Click Resend Agreement Email

  • When the email appears on the page, Click Send
