How-Tos - If a new customer has been booked via the Quoting Tool (Office or Online) the Customer's Agreement Terms Email can be resent from a couple of different spots.
From the Quote:
Go to Customers > Search Leads/Quotes
Click on the Booked customers option then click on the Search button
Find the customer you booked and click on their name
Within the Lead you will see the converted quote. Choose the Dropdown Arrow to the right and choose Send Confirmation
When the email appears on the page, Click Send
From the Customer Profile:
Go to Customers Level of their Account > Click the Agreements Tab
Click Resend Agreement Email
When the email appears on the page, Click Send
Please note: The email address in the Lead will be where the Agreements Email will be sent. If you need to update the email address, you can click Edit to change the email address.
