With MaidCentral we've designed the software to allow you with the click of a button create invoices. But some days are busier than others, and the person in charge of doing that task might forget to do it.
That means your money did not go into the bank! To ensure there are no jobs not invoiced for the date range you are looking at and more than likely about to close payroll for, you want to ensure you've double checked your Jobs Not Invoiced report before you close payroll. We will be adding a new feature in two weeks that will alert you if you have any jobs not invoiced (unless it's a $0 job or Batch Invoice billing terms), but follow along with this video to find the Jobs Not Invoiced report, and make sure you're using it.
