When a customer decides to go from Single service, Every Week to Every Two Weeks, Every Two Weeks to Every Four Weeks or any other combination of a frequency change, there are some manual changes that must be made.
Firstly go to the Home level of the account and choose the Rate Log Tab > Update Base Fee. Update the Base Fee and the desired Frequency.
Once that is updated go to the Job tab and choose Modify Schedule. Make sure the effective start date is set, the service frequency and other fields are set correctly. Choose save and that will update all future jobs.
