MaidCentral Pay What IF Series continues as we talk about how to add a time clock for the day, for an employee.
If an employee forgot to or was unable to clock in and out for the day, we can fix this from the office. Go to Employees > Daily Timeclocks > Select the date > Add Timeclock. Select Employee and add their clock in time and clock out time for the day. This is extremely important to be notated in MC in order for the technicians payroll to calculate correct each day.
PLEASE NOTE! If the day is not over and you are just checking the employee in for the day, you'll still go to Employees > Daily Timeclocks > Select the date > Add Timeclock: You will just want to remove the End Date then click Submit.
