Many cleaning companies choose to charge their customers a fee when the customer cancels a job within a certain window. In MaidCentral, this is called a skip fee. It is up to each individual company if you charge a skip fee and the amount.
But what if a client cancels and you choose NOT to charge the skip fee for that job? When speaking to the client who wants to skip, you can UNCHECK the "Charge skip fee" box if you do not wish to charge the fee.
