MaidCentral Gives you the ability to control whether you receive notifications about customer portal updates!
Under Company General Features, you can activate the feature "Customer: Portal Changes Create Open Tickets."
Seen Below is the feature that enables ticket notifications for when customers create or update data within their portal!
With this feature enabled, a ticket will be created on your Dashboard when customers create or update data within the portal. This includes changing their phone number, adding a credit card, or updating their email address, among other things.
Seen below is a ticket for a CC update, and a Notification Change!
