As you've probably watched in a previous video we did about all the ways a customer can leave tips for your cleaning professionals, this What Will Happen Video demonstrates how the system handles a customer with a recurring tip, and they leave a tip on their scorecard feedback email.
If the customer changes the tip amount on the scorecard it overrides the default tip amount. Last tip saved will win. After creating invoices, if a customer leaves a tip on the scorecard, it will open a ticket on your dashboard, letting you know there is additional tip money to add to that job. We recommend confirming these scenarios with the customer, to ensure your cleaning professionals are tipped accordingly.
NOTE: All of this only applies to customer's who pay via Credit Card and if you have certain features enabled.
