If a cleaning technician gets a warning that they are still checked into a past job and are unable to check in to a new job, here is where to go and find that past job.
Go to the Employee Profile. Click on their Job History Tab. The job in red will indicate the job they did not check out of.
To correct the out time for that job, go to either the Invoicing & Job records report or the Employee Daily Time Clocks and edit the time to include the check out time for that job. This will update and all the technician to move forward with checking in and out.
NOTE -- Make sure when manually changing job/clock times that the Job hours DO NOT fall outside the Day Clock Hours.
