Highlights

  • Tips: Create a Note when a Tip is updated

    • When a Job Tip is changed within the system, a new type of note will be added to the Customer > Notes tab. It will also appear under Service Set > Contact Tickets tab as an "Office Memo"

    • There are 3 ways to update a tip in which the system will create a note
      • From within the Invoicing and Job Records >Tip field
      • From within the Customer Portal > View Invoice
      • From within a Scorecard Response
  • Schedulers: Highlight Availability based on more than 1 shift

    • When splitting shifts, the Job Schedule will now properly display the availability on the schedule rather than showing the entire block in between start and end time.

Features

  • Lead/Quote: Property for Company Name

    • Within step 1 of your quoting tool, you will see a new field for "Company Name". This field has always existed within the Customer profile, but will now be able to be filled within the quoting tool and populated to the Customer profile upon booking.

  • Create Additional Pay from Job Modal 

    • A new feature under the "Contact Ticket" section of the Job Modal can be used to create Additional Pay that will be linked to the job directly.
      • Some Examples of use cases here will be
        • Adding tips
        • Applying payment for skip+lockout Fees 
        • As seen below, when creating the Additional Pay it will be manually linked to the specific Job.

  • Report: Sales KPI v2  - Ability to update who gets credit for the sale + Additional Filters

    • You will now see 2 Sales KPI's when opening the Customer menu. The new v2 of the Sales KPIs has 2 new features that are outlined below

    • Sales Credit:

      • A new field of "Sold By" will now be included in the data drill down of the Sales KPI. You can now assign credit to a specific salesperson based on your company-specific booking workflow
        • Please Note: The "Sold By" is only editable by Group Administrators 

    • Additional Filters:

      • When opening the Advanced Filter, you will now see 7 new filters:
        • Name
        • Service Company (Branch)
        • Frequency
        • Status (Lead, Quoted, Needs Contacted, etc)
        • Created by
        • Scope of work

  • Recurring Rate Mod: Allow changing of End Date

    • In the past, if there was a recurring Rate Modification on a Job with a set end date, the only way to edit that Rate Modifier was to delete it from the upcoming jobs and recreate it. 
    • Moving forward, you can now Edit the End Date of existing recurring Rate Modifiers, if the End Date is in the future.

Feature Enhancements 

  • ##TechnicianTable## - Adding Time off employees to OTW message

    • The On the Way message will no longer send technicians names and photos who are marked as "time off" or any status other than "Available"
  • Allowed Hours replicating Pay/hr

  • Automated Scheduling, Missed days - Days Not populating on schedule

    • In the past employee schedules would sometimes fail to properly schedule certain days in the future, this will no longer happen
  • Edit Day Clock: Scheduled Work Start time defaulting to 12 AM

  • Employee Details > Additional Pay and PTO > Edit Additional Pay: Use new CRUD Modal

  • Job Count by Date and Status - Hyperlink Javascript not pulling jobs 

    • The job count by date and status should once again correctly pull up the list of jobs when selecting the blue hyperlinked section
  • New Late Logic - Does not appear to be marked late correctly.

    • The new late logic applied last build was not correctly applying lates based on team start position, this issue has been resolved
  • Schedule Efficiency Map - Technician Home Start Point Logic

  • System sending 1 scorecard per scheduled team.

    • The system will now only send 1 scorecard per job
  • Team Mileage Report: Handle Techs clocking in and out more than once

    • The team mileage report was miscalculating the actual time when time clocks were split, we have updated the logic to correctly account for breaks mid-day.
  • Team Mileage Report: Total Columns *hide column*

  • Time clock request doesn't create a timesheet when approved by a technician

  • Unable to get to "All Reports" On mobile phone without a workaround

    • You will now see "All reports" under reports when viewing on a mobile device
