# When a customer enters their credit card info in their portal, will it automatically show up under the customer payments tab?

## **Yes, it will as long as under Company General Integrations your Stripe or Authorize.Net merchant account is connect correctly.**

Under Company > General > Features: you can also enable the feature: Customer: Portal Changes Create Open Tickets When customers creates or updates data within the portal, tickets will be created.
