Features - User Account Roles
Technician - Only has access to the Technician Dashboard and jobs that are assigned to them. They can also access their own technician profile.
Office - This user has access to most features except payroll and sensitive information. They can see some scheduling, customer, and employee reports. They will not see the Company section.
Sales - Can do everything an Office user can do but also has access to the sales dashboard and access to add credit cards from the customer's Payment tab. They can see sales, scheduling, customer and employee reports. They will not see the Company section.
Administrator - Has access to all settings and features for a single service company including the Company Section. Has access to the Employee Profile > Notes. Administrators CAN see the partner tab but can not access the settings or invoice portion of the tab
Group Administrator - Same access as Administrator but for all service companies in a group. They also will have access to all features under Company > Partner.
PLEASE NOTE -- If the employee for your office needs to have access to create invoices, and manage payroll; they must be an Administrator or higher.
