Occasionally, text messages will appear as sent in MaidCentral, but customers may not receive them. Below are the steps to find why. #### Text Message Shows Delivered in MaidCentral To check whether a text was successfully sent, go to the Customer Profile > Notes. If the text message is there, and there are no failure-to-send errors, then MaidCentral successfully sent it. #### Troubleshooting If you see that the text messages have been sent in the Notes section but customers are not receiving them, there may be a delivery issue. You can log in to your Twilio account and view your [Programmable Messaging Logs](https://www.twilio.com/docs/messaging/features/messaging-logs). Usually, if a text message fails to deliver, it returns an error message that appears in these logs. Depending on the error message, you can determine your next steps to troubleshoot this. You can use Twilio’s [Error and Warning Dictionary](https://www.twilio.com/docs/api/errors) to help navigate what the errors mean. #### Additional Troubleshooting Additionally, there could be a system-wide issue on Twilio’s side. You can check [Twilio's status](https://status.twilio.com) to be up-to-date on whether there’s an issue that may be impacting you. You will also need to make sure that your Twilio Account has a balance available. If you need additional help with text messages not delivering, you can contact [Twilio support.](https://help.twilio.com/)
