# Team Mileage Vs. Spotlight Dashboard Efficiency Calculations

## **Team Mileage report is based on scheduled times - job allowed hours and team scheduled hours. The Spotlight Dashboard is based on the actual job/clock times.**

Team Mileage Report: Efficiency = Team **Allowed** Job Time / Team **Scheduled** Clock Time (using the team captain's schedule) Does not normalize job time or use Google drive times. Spotlight Dashboard: Efficiency = Team **Actual** Job Time / Team **Actual** Clock Time
