Team Mileage report is based on scheduled times - job allowed hours and team scheduled hours. The Spotlight Dashboard is based on the actual job/clock times.
Team Mileage Report:
Efficiency = Team Allowed Job Time / Team Scheduled Clock Time (using the team captain's schedule) Does not normalize job time or use Google drive times.
Spotlight Dashboard:
Efficiency = Team Actual Job Time / Team Actual Clock Time
