Rate Increase and Adjustment Automations.

Are you looking for a fast way to increase customer's bill rates by 5% each year? Or maybe you signed up a new customer and realize their rate is just too low, and you need to do a rate adjustment. Run the controls, select the customer's of your choice, and email them a copy of your rate increase or rate adjustment email template.

Use the MaidCentral Rate Increase control and/or rate adjustment control. NOTE -- Must be closing payroll/closing jobs in order for this report to populate.

Rate Increase Questions:

  • What percentage would you like to increase each service set base fee by? -- (The percentage to increase the New Rate)

  • What start date will be used to filter closed jobs? -- (Include closed jobs starting on this date for Avg. Actual Hours and Normalized Avg. Actual Hours calculations)

  • Show service sets that haven't had a rate increase in how many months? -- (Only include service sets that haven't had a rate change in at least this many months)

  • When will the new rate take effect? -- (The default date that will be used for the New Change Date)

  • Do you want to update the Job Allowed Hours? -- (Update New Allowed Hours based on Normalized Avg. Actual Hours)

Rate Adjustment Questions:

  • What is the minimum variance between Allowed Hours and Avg. Actual Hours you would like to include? -- (Example: A variance of .5 denotes 30 minutes and would include service sets that are taking 30 minutes longer than the allowed hours)

  • What is your Target Hourly Rate? -- (The New Rate will be calculated using Target Hourly Rate x Normalized Avg. Actual Hours)

  • What start date will be used to filter closed jobs? -- (Include closed jobs starting on this date for Avg. Actual Hours and Normalized Avg. Actual Hours calculations)

  • Show service sets that haven't had a rate increase in how many months? -- (Only include service sets that haven't had a rate change in at least this many months)

  • When will the new rate take effect? -- (The default date that will be used for the New Change Date)

  • Do you want to update the Job Allowed Hours? -- (Update New Allowed Hours based on Normalized Avg. Actual Hours)

  • Filter by the following: Include First Time In Jobs, Include Redo Jobs, Include Trainee Jobs, Include Time Rate Mod Jobs, Service Set Types, Frequency, Home Zones, Scorecard Scores.

    Summary Tab included -- Once you've completed a rate increase/adjustment, the data will be stored on the Summary Tab.
