# Tracking and Managing Keys

## **MaidCentral gives you the ability to track your customers who have keys through a Home Tag, as well as a Key Tag Report!**

**Tag:**

The "Keys" tag seen below is required to populate the Key Report, clients homes that are not tagged as having keys will not show on the below report!

- This tag is added at the Home Level - From the customer's home information, edit, and enable "Keys" tag

**Report:**

Found under the Reports Tab > All Reports. You can use the "Key Report" to pull a list of Key, ID and customer information attached to those Key Ids!

**This report will display the Key ID associated with the customer, the customer's First and Last name, Company name, and Home Name**

** Key IDs Can be assigned under the Home Information > Edit seen above, in the same section that tags are edited.
