Target rate initially can be confusing but with the below breakdown we hope it makes more sense
You have 4 different Categories of a "target rate"
Flat amount : This is going to be used when paying employees a flat amount for tips, bonuses ETC. EX I need to pay Steven - 40$ for tips left after invoicing, "Flat Amount" is my "target Rate
Target Hourly Rate - This will be used when you want any of the below seen categories (Total job hours, paid job hours, total allowed hours, etc) to meet a target rate.
Ex : I want to make sure Steve is getting 3$ extra for each total allowed hours he worked, steve worked 2.5 allowed hours so the system is going to pay him 2.5x3 or 7$ bonus for this week
Additional Hourly Rate - Much like Target hourly Rate will add an increase to their standard hourly rate based on - Job hours, allowed hours, clock hours as seen below!
Additional Percentage - will be used when paying or adding to commission based pay modals!
4. Enter the Amount you wish to pay, or the hours you wish to adjust

6.
Things to Note:
Only employees with checkmarks will receive the additional pay
