# How to Send the Customer Portal Invite in Bulk and Individually

**MaidCentral offers your customers a portal, Customers can do many things from their portal. For more information on the portal specifically please see the below article! In this Article, we will explain how to bulk invite your customers to that portal and manually invite individual customers!**

### **Bulk Invite**

**The way to bulk invite large sets of clients is through a Campaign:**

Under the Company Tab > Settings > Campaigns

The list generated based on the filters set will provide a detailed list of customers, if they have their account (Customer Portal) active, and if they have attached their Credit Card!

This report will also allow you to mass-select clients and send them your "Customer Invite" or Account Creation Template!

### **Individual Invite :**

To invite someone to their customer portal, go to the Customer Tab > Search Customer, type their name, and open their profile. You can also click on the Search bar at the top of the page to search for the customer’s name. From inside their profile, click " **User Account.** " Click " **Send Customer Invite E-mail.** " Choose the " **Customer Invite** " template.

- Type in the customer's name in the " **Search Customer** " box.
- Click the customer's name:

- Once you see their profile, click "User Account", click the "Send Customer Invite E-mail"

- A modal will appear with the Customer Portal Invite template, and you can just click “Send”!

The MaidCentral Customer Portal is an easy access point for you to give your customers the ability to see and update the following information: View Jobs, Cost, Service Type, Frequency, Date of next pending job, and address. They can upgrade their next service to include any of your available Add On options (e.g., Add on an oven clean). View and pay open invoices with a credit card on file. Add new contact info, new notifications, new credit card and billing address.
