# How to Set/Change the Default/Planned Team Size?

## **Scheduling -**

## **The planned/default team size is managed from within each Scope of Work.**

Each Scope of Work has its own planned/default team size. To change a Scope of Works Default Team Size follow the below steps.

- Choose Company > Quoting & Scopes
- Go to the Scopes of Work section on the Left-Hand Menu
- Each Scope has a column that states the Planned Team Size (the number of people icons is the number of planned technicians per job within this scope)
- Click into a Scope and choose the Technician Settings tab on the Top Menu
- Choose a Planned Team Size and click Save
