# How to Add to the Bill Rate to a Completed Job Before Clicking the Create Invoices Button

## **Invoicing -** In the professional house cleaning business, your technicians might get asked by a customer when they arrive to clean, to take on additional job task.

In this example the customer added an oven cleaning to his job for today. Before clicking the Create Invoices button there's an easy way to modify the bill rate to allow for additional time and charges to be added to a job that's been completed for the day.
